Wendi L. Weinstein

Wendi L. Weinstein has over two decades of experience in counseling clients on intellectual property matters. She has extensive experience in the preparation and prosecution of domestic and international industrial design applications, as well as providing legal opinions regarding validity, infringement and right to use of designs in the United States.
Ms. Weinstein also has experience in the mechanical arts including consumer sports products, container packaging technology, absorbent articles, cardiovascular devices, a multitude of medical products, flexible web handling devices, conveyor belt systems, footwear and footwear cushioning systems.
Ms. Weinstein has been a frequent speaker and panelist for various bar association programs regarding U.S. design patents as well as the Hague Agreement. She also served as Chair of the Industrial Design Committee in the Intellectual Property Section of the American Bar Association for several years.
