Nathaniel T. Wallace
Nathaniel T. Wallace has been practicing before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office since 2001. Mr. Wallace has extensive patent prosecution experience in a wide range of technical fields including software technology, including financial technology, medical imaging, data mining, speech recognition, audio and visual compression, and blind source separation; network technology, including content streaming and collaborative systems; semiconductor technology, including memory devices and carbon-based nanotechnology; liquid crystal display technology; and biological testing systems.
Mr. Wallace has experience in client counseling in all areas of intellectual property law including patent application drafting and prosecution; opinion work; patent appeals; trademark application filing and prosecution; copyright filing and related matters.
Mr. Wallace has a Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law, a Certificate in computer science from Hofstra University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of New Hampshire.
Mr. Wallace is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York, and in the state courts of New York and Connecticut.
